I am an employee of a Touchstone Energy cooperative. I would like to start a GLBT (Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender) employee group. Touchstone needs to recognize the contributions of GLBT employees. Sexual orientation needs to be added to the non-discrimination policy. Also GLBT employees should get the same benefits as straight workers - such as health insurance for our partners.
